Laydeez Return Policy

Our utmost goal is your absolute satisfaction with your chosen items. If any dissatisfaction arises, our streamlined return process ensures your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns:
a. Unused and unworn footwear items are eligible for returns.
b. Items with factory defects: Factory defects must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the package.
c. Gift items received from your friends that are not according to your size: Please be able to present the receipt or order ID
c. The original packaging, including all tags(if attached) and labels, must be intact and included with the return.
d. The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
a. Footwear that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered.
b. Footwear without the original packaging, including tags and labels.
c. Customized or personalized footwear.
d. From size 10 (42) above sizes.
e. All items purchased from Laydeez’ sales & promotions. (Attention:- All sales are final for items marked as “Sale” on our website. We do not accept returns for sale items.)
f. Gift Cards.
g. Products that have already been exchanged.

Return Process:
a. Complete the contact form at the end of the page for return initiation and authorization. (Attention:- Form-filled returns only. No form, no return.)
b. Pack the footwear securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
c. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice in the package.
d. Ship the return package to the following address : Laydeez Lanka, No. 146/2, Kandy Road, Ihala Biyanwila, Kadawatha, Gampaha, Western Province, 11850, Sri Lanka.

Return Shipping:
a. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the return package.
c. In case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Refund or Exchange:
a. Upon receiving the returned footwear, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
b. If the return is approved, we will ship the requested replacement footwear within 7-10 business days, subject to availability.
c. If the product has a factory defect, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days or arrange an exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refund Processing:
a. If a refund is granted, the amount will be transferred back to your original payment method. (Attention:- We’ll only issue refunds in the case of factory defects or errors on our part.)
b. The refund will be processed in the same currency and method as the original payment.
Attention: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
