We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please follow the procedure below.
Attention : No return / refund acceptable, if the items are not faulty & you can’t make more than one exchange requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if attached), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item or items being returned or exchanged – a brief reason for the return or exchange-the email address, fb messenger, viber, whats app or phone number used to make the purchase.

When your Return Authorization # clears, it will be e-mailed or message to you. Then we’ll send you a return shipping label or a courier (Only for Sri Lanka), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be completed within 15 days of Return Authorization generation. We cannot guarantee return outside of this time frame.
The customer is responsible for delivery charges/shipping costs in both directions on returns and exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We do not exchange any products with customized heels or colors which has done according to your requirement.
- Any customized design requested by the clients will not be exchanged.
- From size 10 (42) above sizes are will not be exchanged.
- We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
- We do not exchange any products which is already exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
