Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order and our Return Policy will not applicable for already exchanged items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please follow the procedure below.
Attention : No return / refund acceptable, if the items are not faulty & you can’t make more than one exchange requests.
PRODUCTS WHICH ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- We do not exchange any products with customized heels or colors which has done according to your requirement.
- Any customized design requested by the clients will not be exchanged.
- From size 10 (42) above sizes are will not be exchanged.
- We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
The item or items being returned or exchanged – a brief reason for the return or exchange-the email address, fb messenger, viber, whats app or phone number used to make the purchase.
When your Return Authorization # clears, it will be e-mailed or message to you.
Returns must be completed within 15 days of Return Authorization generation. We cannot guarantee return outside of this time frame.
The customer is responsible for delivery charges/shipping costs in both directions on returns and exchanges.
